Our History

Our careers began more than two decades ago, working in a German Grandfather and Cuckoo Clock Shop north of Toowoomba. In those early days, mechanical clocks were highly sought after. We frequently received container shipments directly from Germany, and the pricing available to the public was competitive—often cheaper than purchasing clocks individually from Germany.
In 2009, a German Master craftsman clock maker joined the business to provide assistance. Shortly afterwards, he established his own practice, recognising the strong demand for clockmaking expertise in the local area. Over the years, we collaborated and initially focused on servicing cuckoo clocks. As time progressed, the need to repair all types of clocks became apparent, and our services expanded accordingly.

Business Operations

Operating from home allows us to keep overheads low and pass on savings to our customers. We regularly make house calls, so we ask everyone to phone us in advance and arrange an appointment. For convenience, we often collect and deliver clocks while we are out on appointments.
