You are welcome to seek additional quotes for your clock repair if you wish, but it is important to understand exactly what is included in the service. We have encountered many clocks that were allegedly repaired before coming to us, with prices ranging from extremely low to excessively high. If a recent repair was unsuccessful, we recommend owners return to their previous repairer and request a refund. Frequently, these clocks still have worn bushings and excessive play in the spring barrels, and we have even seen invoices for parts that never actually need replacing.
